Absolutely fantastic! I am a former Army Veteran with OCD and serious attention to detail. What we got done: Painted entire house including all walls, doors, ceilings, baseboards, and sanded our front door down, re-stained it, and top coat. Cypress Supreme Painting exceeded my expectations. Right from the start, during the quote, Geoffrey was extremely professional and answered a majority of my questions before I could ask them. Everything about his presentation put my wife and I at ease. He was fair with his pricing and made sure to communicate extremely well. We received 3 other quotes prior to deciding with Cypress Supreme painting. Geoffrey seemed extremely knowledgeable about the paint products and made sure we understood what we were getting. He also brought us some samples, painting a few walls so that we could get a visual of what things would look like under different types of light. He and his crew made sure to discuss scheduling that would work best with us, as we have 4 kids and a dog, making it difficult to juggle where the kiddos would be during the painting process,
During the painting process they were just so good. You could tell they knew what they were doing. Anytime they ran into any challenges from the previous painter/builder they made sure to bring things to our attention, giving us an opportunity to decide how we wanted to proceed. They were meticulous with covering our furniture, meticulous with taking care not to damage anything while moving things around. We were so pleased throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond in so many cases. When the stairwell top trim looked uneven, Geoffrey took the time to sand it down smooth so when it was painted it would look even. I’ve had so many painters just paint over imperfect surfaces. He also fixed several wall patches that looked horrible. He sanded the wall, then added texture, and then finally painted. In almost all cases they didn’t charge me any extra for the fixes. Not sure if that’s the norm, but you could tell Geoffrey as well as the company were big on customer satisfaction. The house just turned out so well. They provide other services and I plan on using them for these. They were super reliable, answered all my questions, and again completely exceeded our expectations.
